windows 11 update 22H2

I got the latest "big" windows update (Windows 11, version 22H2)... but since then my windows is kind of bugged... the alt character (the one that require to hold shift) sometimes also add a lot of extra characters, for example this is SHIFT+': "?_{ should only be: " EDIT, it's that key that is broken!! : ' , i.e. single quote character's key Am I misplaced to think this is the windows update? how could I fix it?_{" or revert the windows update?_{" I noticed because I was playing Diablo, the game kind of froze (twice) and then my mouse shake and I couldn't type '?' or ',' Also, can't find the keyboard settings in the windows settings app! :( mmm... in fact char ' behave strangely... it's starting the context menu as well as typing, instead: '/ or '/"? EDIT I was a little drunk that day.. and the key is working normally today.. someone suggested I might have spilled something on the keyboard that cause the thing.. and it mioght have perhaps...

Do you have a cat? :-\ But seriously, maybe it has to do with your language / keyboard settings, look under "Language" in settings.

This update caused me a lot of grief a while back, but eventually was able to finish installing. My issue was that my brand new computer with Win 11, would not restart properly during the install/update process. The older versions of the update are bugged and broken, tons of intel on this on the internet. However, I think the latest version now is good to go. I have not experienced any odd keyboard issues or keyboard character issues, etc. like you are describing after the update. good luck. I know these things are frustrating. I would suggest that you install the keyboard drivers again, if there were any that were not already in the Windows install.

Just to confirm, I'm running 22H2 on Surface and my desktop with no problems.

My initial 22H2 installation had some strange quirks, but after a few updates it performs much better. However, from time to time I still find that it will suddenly ignore certain mouse clciks, for many seconds. It is not 100% perfect yet! :~
