LOL On a serious note, I guess having my first tech book with someone like Tom Archer (who is totally established in this field) as co-author is bound to help me in future when I try and write other books on my own. No, a "four" or "six" in Cricket is when you score four or six runs in a single shot. Runs are something like points in other games. Basically, if the ball crosses the boundary, you score four runs. If it crosses the boundary without hitting the ground once, you get a six. :)

For example, printing it in a pop-up book or something. As the author you have an over-riding control over how your work is handled. Normally, just noting a (C) at the bottom of a page is sufficient, for example, the notice put at the bottom of CP articles.
