The CP Searchbar rocks! Great piece of work! Unfortunately, I find more use day-to-day for the Google searchbar, and the two together take up a lot of screen real estate (I only have a 15" monitor).

I just came accross this browser and I am very impressed: - Tabbed browsing - pop-up blocking - content blocking (you can block those annoying FLASH ads if you add *.swf to your content filtering rules) - URL aliasing (set keyboard shortcuts like g for www.google.com, sr for www.storagereview.com) - Opera-like mouse gestures - rudimentary forms management - webpage translation - groups (e.g., create a Office Sports Pools group and load up pages on the NFL, NBA, NHL, as well as all your office pools with the click of a button; create a startup group that loads your favourite sites upon starting the program -- perfect for dial-up users who can pre-load their favourite morning sites while they get a cup of coffee) - skins - uses the IE browsing engine for maximum compatibility with financial sites, etc. http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1029407732[^] John

Hey, the FLUID UI Toolkit[^] project is in need of a good rendering system for rich text, etc. Wanna join heads together with us and get a good rendering engine made? ;)

What's the point? According to the FLUID UI license, "You may not re-use the source in any commercial software product". Are you doing this as a hobby, or what?

I thought about that later, and I wanted to take that out, but on GotDotNet, once you do a license, you can't change it. :( But I won't enforce that. ;) When the site is up, it will have the real license, which is still in discussion.
