It is a multi-repost (different location, same video), but I don't think you'll find anyone who minds because it is simply brilliant. Superb. Excellent. :-D

Brilliant!!:laugh::laugh: Rob Manderson http://www.mindprobes.net You have an eight-ball and Tommy wants to buy two grams. You bought the eight-ball with a quarter-bag of grass, two reds, a six-pack of Old Milwaukie, and $4 in change. You want a profit margin of 35%. How much hash should you get from Tommy for your blow? - Roger Wright

And the stuff that people post about Windows or those other switching ads aren't exaggerated???!!!??? I have 8 pc's at home and several at work and the last time I had a blue screen was in 1996 when I unplugged an external scsi drive from a non-autoterminate SCSI controller. BSOD in scsi.sys. I bought a Mac 2 years ago, unpacked it from the box, plugged it all in (just like Jeff Goldblum said) inserted the DVD that came with the system (Ants) and locked up the damn thing. Come to find out had to wait for a patch for the damn DVD driver to be able to play the DVD. Now talk about not testing. Apple makes the hardware, makes the software and shipped the CD with the system and this wouldn't even work out of the box. Not too long after that I gave it to my brother because he's an artsy type of person and all his peers had one.

I never said ??!! it !!????!! wasn't!!?? ;P I believe both platforms have their issues. Terry Denham wrote: Come to find out had to wait for a patch for the damn DVD driver to be able to play the DVD. Well, that's when Mac OS X was still fresh on the market and Apple made it pretty common knowledge they had "issues" with DVD support on their website. I believe it should've worked, yes, but like I say "no platform is perfect." BTW, XP still has sporadic issues when doing something as simple as file browsing with their picture/music crap. So the ball goes both ways. Jeremy Falcon

Jeremy Falcon wrote: I believe both platforms have their issues. I concur. It just bugs me when people are so blinded by ideology. Yes it appears that being anti-microsoft has progressed to the point where it is an ideology. Jeremy Falcon wrote: when Mac OS X was still fresh on the market Only thing is, this was OS 9.x which is based on the same OS that Apple has been running since 92/93 timeframe. Now don't get me wrong, I got nothing against the Mac, even have some interest in getting a used G4 so I can try out OS X. I just love it when people bitch and moan about Windows and state that Linux is better than Win95. But if you compare the crap that Linux was at the time Win95 was writtent it's a completely different story. I was watching TechTV (or LinuxRulesTv ) and they had a BSD vs. Linux shootout. The host was talking about how insecure Windows is and they asked the Linux representative to talk about Linux and he said something to the effect, that if you keep your Linux box patched you won't have any problems. I nearly fell out of my chair laughing my ass off. No shit Sherlock. How long did you have to think about that one?
