I believe it is bundled with Office 2003 now. Indeed. Learn more about Visio 2003[^]. Which makes more sense to me than bundling with Visual Studio. Sure, it's a good tool for UML and database modeling. But it also does so much more in regards to business and productivity. Plus, there are FAR better tools out there for UML that actually integrate into the VS.NET IDE and actually write code for you (Rational XDE [^]for example) Visio IS included in the Enterprise Architect version of VS.NET, but I believe it is Visio 2002, not 2003. However, now that the Office 2003 release is imminent, they may actually include Visio 2003 instead.
