If only I lived in the US or Canada. If they extended it to international subscribers they may get too many requests :-D Their prices don't look to bad though from their "Coming Soon" area .:. Keno .:.

There probably isn't one - 1&1 are Europes largest web hosting company, and this expensive gimik is probably just to get them establisted in North America as well. Just be warned - 1&1 have mastered the art of putting you on hold if you need to call their support line, and if you find a problem with their systems you can forget about getting it fixed - they host something like 30,000 web sites on each Windows 2003 server and wont so much as change directory permissions without a lot of effort on your behalf. Having said that, for low volume sites 1&1 are okay as okay goes - nothing special, but not too bad either.
