    click[^] I've signed up, as have many of my friends. Its got great speeds (im on a T3, i get 5-6mb download speeds from my webspace on it), and a ton of good features: -500 MB web space -5,000 MB/month traffic ($0.99 per GB for additional traffic) -No limits on simultaneous hits/bandwidth -Advanced live site statistics, log files, ready-to-run CGI-library, own CGI programming (Perl, Python), FrontPage 2002 extensions I love it, all you do is enter a phone number, they call you with a pin number, and about half an hour later...you're all set. *.* cin >> knowledge;

              Maybe it's because they charge 0.99 per GB above 5GB traffic per month?

                If only I lived in the US or Canada. If they extended it to international subscribers they may get too many requests :-D Their prices don't look to bad though from their "Coming Soon" area .:. Keno .:.

                  There probably isn't one - 1&1 are Europes largest web hosting company, and this expensive gimik is probably just to get them establisted in North America as well. Just be warned - 1&1 have mastered the art of putting you on hold if you need to call their support line, and if you find a problem with their systems you can forget about getting it fixed - they host something like 30,000 web sites on each Windows 2003 server and wont so much as change directory permissions without a lot of effort on your behalf. Having said that, for low volume sites 1&1 are okay as okay goes - nothing special, but not too bad either.
