I want a piece of this action. We can dress them up in suits and force them to ask us when that feature will be implemented, when the project will be complete, and if "something that small can actually be that hard". Ewwww, I want in on this one... __________________________ do { cout << "I will never use = when I mean == " << endl; } while (i = 1)

Wow - now that is going back a bit! Funny enough we were just talking about Clash of the Titans here a while back. Well, okay, maybe it's not so much funny as sad, but hey :)! -- Andrew.

I saw it on the TV, too. What you have to consider is that a/ it's these sort of things that make our industry appear sexy, and b/ without them the average shmoe would have no idea XP was about ( of course the average joe is unlikely to upgrade, he still runs W95 on his 486 ). Here they had a 'leading analyst' saying there was no reason to upgrade. I doubt he's even *seen* it, there must be a bajillion reasons to upgrade. How about id3 tag info in Explorer if you turn on details ? Or a really sexy taskbar ? Or a cool new wallpaper ? OK, I admit they are not worth $400, but I love XP anyhow - it's YUMMY !!! Speaking of yummy, is Dark Angel still being made ? I don't watch it but I like seeing ads for it, because they always have that chick in them. I used to be involved with a historical re-enactment group and I've still got the kit (and with a bit of practice to dust the rust off, the skill to use 'em). At the last count the weaponry included:

                  • Two 15th century polearms (a halberd and a winged spear)
                  • A Celtic spear
                  • 3 swords (Viking, Medieval and Landsknect)
                  • 2 daggers (both Medieval)
                  • A buckler
                  • Viking mail and helmet
                  • 15th Century armour
