I can't say much for their accuracy of reporting. If you click through the "who's who" style link[^] there is a page that contains some appauling inaccuracies. ESPN.com wrote: Someone who has become such a nuisance to the English parliament that these childish groundings are the only way to keep him from taking his clothes off. Well, it is the "British" Parliament - Unless I am very much mistaken they still make decisions affecting Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. ESPN.com wrote: the Commonwealth Games (essentially the European Olympics) Well, what European nations attend these games (Manchester 2002)? England, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Malta, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. What non-European nations attended? (Africa) Botswana, Cameroon, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Swaziland, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, (Americas) Belize, Bermuda, Canada, Falkland Islands, Guyana, St. Helena (Asia) Bangladesh, Brunei, India, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Singapore, and Sri Lanka (Carribean) Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, St Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos (Ociania) Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Islands, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu European nations make up less than 14% of that list! (If you can call places like Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man nations) --Colin Mackay--

Didn't the English parliament end with the founding of the union in 1707 ? I think it's funny Scotland has one and, Wales has an assembley and others have parliaments n' stuff but England doesn't as its subject to British laws only. Regardz Colin J Davies

My kids did watch it. We even rewound the Dish Network PVR to verify if we actually saw what we thought we saw. Not one child on the planet was harmed directly by this, though they may be harmed by the vapid overreaction to it. She was not wearing a pastie. If she was then the whole "it was a mistake" thing is a total lie. She wore a stylized sun shaped piercing on her nipple. Tim Smith I'm going to patent thought. I have yet to see any prior art.

I couldn't agree with that more... its worse to see the innuendo that is displayed on television, that is giving the behavor encouragement in young minds. Its saying yes its ok to have premartial sex.... its ok if you wear protection you can't possilby get a dease or an unexpected child... i mean it never happens on tv right? -Steven Hicks

I can't stand it when so called raunchy TV shows from the US air on late night TV here. After the presenter talks up how obscene or amazing some bizarre incident is all you get to see is stars, circles and fuzzy images covering up the good bits. And when a movie rated M appears all the bad words have been changed to damn, poo and other 3 year vocabulary terms. Why does the good ol US of A government get away with telling everyone what they can see, set it at a 4 year old level and the American population doesn't kick up a stink about not wanting to be looked after and controlling everything at the family level? Its not the American government really. Its the morons who are trying to do such things as take Shakespeare out of the libraries cause they say it's dis-tasteful. (Personally I don't care for Shakespeare--but was "schooled" in it) Government officials only agree 'somewhat' to get votes so they can stay in office. Personally I liked the stripping weather channel girls when I was in Europe :-O
