Yes, but is American based off of any of those modern languages? If they have the cheek to steal my langauge, they might as well get it right.

We didn't steal anything. You guys changed all the spelling after we left just to f**k with us. "But, daddy, that was back in the hippie ages..." My twelve year old son - winning the argument. "Stan, you are an intelligent guy who responds in meaningful ways" Paul Watson 16/10/01

That's another word you American's have messed up - f*ck. Until you guys started including it in your raps and graffiti, it was a perfectly innocent replacement for “sex”. Nowadays it is considered vulgar. I am holding you personally responsible Stan.

".NET" is a regsitered trademark, thus it cannot be altered. So yes, there is an official way to write .NET. Reference, US Trademark no.s: 78013861, 78014051, 78014049, 78014052, 78014025, 78014025, 78014023, 78012920, etc... (note that although the logo states ".net", the word mark is ".NET") Regardless of that (trademarks are - I believe - case insensitive), Microsof themselves spell it like .NET. http://microsoft.com/net/ I think it is safe to assume the spelling now, no?

Why not take out the 'o' too and make it favrite? Hey! Great Idea! Thanks Dave, I'll start using it this way from now on. (You should be careful about sarcasm, it can create monsters) -- Where are we going? And why am I in this handbasket?
