It sounds like Creepshow. Were the kids on a Raft in the middle of a lake? I remember one kid being pulled between the boards of the raft... ech!

To be precise - I think it was Creepshow II. It had that bit where the mysterious blob eats the kids on the lake, the one about the lady who hits the hitchiker that then follows her back home, and one more about a cigar store wooden indian that comes to life and kills some bad people. :) -- Russell Morris "So, broccoli, mother says you're good for me... but I'm afraid I'm no good for you!" - Stewy

At least it reminds me of a short story by Stephen King, but I cannot remember its title. Regards Thomas

Man, talk about giving SF a bad name. Reminds me of when my mom read a Stephen King book and said "Paul, how do you read this science fiction crap?" I nearly choked to death on my own incredulity. regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass South Africa Christopher Duncan quoted: "...that would require my explaining Einstein's Fear of Relatives" Crikey! ain't life grand?
