I am looking for a project to do be a part of. I don't really care what kind of project although I would prefer to use dotnet. I live in the detroit,mi area. I have been programming for about 3 years. I know c#, vb.net, vb, sql, access, and a little c\c++, asp, asp.net, and html. My work experience is primarily with client/server apps. Is anybody recruiting or does anybody know where I could look? Thanks alot

[sarcastic] Why your post is being voted down. You are basically offering yourself for hardwork for free. I have some C# projects for some customers that could use the help from a programmer, if you don't mind not being paid. [/sarcastic] Perl combines all the worst aspects of C and Lisp: a billion different sublanguages in one monolithic executable. It combines the power of C with the readability of PostScript. -- Jamie Zawinski

There is a Collaboration forum here on CP, you ought to see what's going on or suggest something. As an aside, it seems like most group projects I've seen and heard about sprout up quickly, but then wither and die due to lack of commitment. So there is usually demand for people who want to commit and do some work... Remember, even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat.

On second reading, your post certainly has a sarcastic tone that I completly missed. It's been a long day, and there have been so many posts recently bitching about the voting that I assumed yours was another. :-D Michael But you know when the truth is told, That you can get what you want or you can just get old, Your're going to kick off before you even get halfway through.
