This is what i understand from this crap. It seems like governement have found new TaxPayers. Also i am curious who found that these people are not guilty. If it is the governement, it will makes sense for him to get a bonus for "freeing" you. But now since the people are pissed off the governement will spend less ressources in tring to find if you are innocent or not.
