IE and Flash question
-
Before I have to do the unthinkable and move to Mozilla FireBird/FireFox. Is there anyway of telling the Flash plugin that no means no. IE always asks me to install it, for every damn .Swf on a web-page. It really gets annoying, when I get asked the same question 5 times on one web-page. Michael But you know when the truth is told, That you can get what you want or you can just get old, Your're going to kick off before you even get halfway through. When will you realise... Go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced and scroll down to the Multimedia section. Uncheck whatever you don't want. Vikram.

I use FireFox. That is one of the best things I have done. IE is the worst! As far as flash, I had to install it. By default no flash pages worked with Firefox. It never asks me either. I love it! There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

The prompting for the Flash plug-in is dependent on more than just IE - like the website's author for one. Jeremy Falcon
