    My grandma would have loved this :) ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ Your the greatest grandma, on this we all agree your always making nice thing to eat, and loads of cups of teas. ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ There’s no one quite like grandma, least not like grandma Joan, you always find time for each of us and never moan or groan! (much) ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ Your a really special grandma, of that there is no doubt, we would phone you more often but your always out and about! ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ You are the coolest grandma , you know just were its AT!!! and now that you are eighty your neither old or fat! ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ Your a very lucky grandma we really have to say not just for winning bingo but for having us all here today. ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ There’s no one quite like grandma this we can justly say and so we sing this special song to make your perfect day .... ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. When ever we are far away we always think of you.’ ‘Grandma we love you grandma we do. I have a few that are on my list. And they follow me around. incessantly. 1. I don't know much.....but I know I love you (Aaron Neville & Linda Rondstadt) AND 2. Saved the best for last (Vanessa Williams) I'm sure I could think of many more, but I'll resurface when they hit. Those are definitely my worst offenders. Bianca Wylie

Alas, it was indeed. There was a perfect argument for selective culling of the adolescent population in the UK at that time. Chances are, the gene pool would have improved enormously.

I once karaoked Achy Breaky Heart in front of hundreds of people to win a Sound Blaster 16, I lost which makes the memory even more painful. I can't believe no-one's mentioned "The War Song" by Culture Club. You know - the one that had the chorus that began:

                                  War, war is stupid,
                                  And people are stupid

...sung to a nursery rhyme tune. Way to trivialise the thing you're trying to protest against! At least most of the others mentioned are meant to be mildly humorous, even if they failed - as far as I can tell "The War Song" was completely sincere and also utterly awful. I looked up the lyrics and found that the rest of the song isn't quite so bad, but the bit I've quoted is the only bit that stuck in the mind. Maybe I'd turned the radio off before I heard the rest back in the '80s. Gavin Greig "Haw, you're no deid," girned Charon. "Get aff ma boat or ah'll report ye." Matthew Fitt - The Hoose O Haivers: The Twelve Trauchles O Heracles.

Worst song of all time: "Oh Lord, won't you buy me, a Mercedes Benz, my friends all drive Porsches, I must make amends. Worked hard all my lifetime, no help from my friends. Oh Lord, won't you buy me, a Mercedes Benz?" Do I need to go on? ;P I have a symbiotic relationship with my computer.

According to this it is "We built this city"[^] by the Starship X| Rounding out the top 10: "Achy Breaky Heart," Billy Ray Cyrus; "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" Wang Chung; "Rollin'," Limp Bizkit; "Ice Ice Baby," Vanilla Ice; "The Heart of Rock & Roll," Huey Lewis and the News; "Don't Worry Be Happy," Bobby McFerrin; "Party All the Time," Eddie Murphy; "American Life," Madonna; and "Ebony and Ivory," Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder. I kind of like "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" Gary Kirkham A working Program is one that has only unobserved bugs I thought I wanted a career, turns out I just wanted paychecks
