VS.NET 2003 files unregistered. How to register them again?

I have my sytem visual studio 2003.net installed. I just wanted to test the visual studio express 2005 beta versions for c#, vb.net and asp.net and installed them on my system. Then I uninstalled them. But after that every file types associated visual studio.net 2003 got unregistered. The files are shown with unknown file type icon. How to register them again? I know two ways to do the same. One is through explorer - folder options - file types - new. This is very tedious. The other one is through reinstalling vs.net 2003. This is not possible for me now. Is there any other way? Thanks.
