To every supper and breakfast. At lunch I drink water. I drink a little more than a gallon per week (4 liters.. are you aussies metricified yet? ;)) Cold milk is sooo refreshing! Low fat of course. :) -- Arigato gozaimashita!

We've been metric since the 60's. I find milk too heavy, unless I want a food ( which milk is ) Christian I have drunk the cool-aid and found it wan and bitter. - Chris Maunder

So does your houshold go though 4 to 6 gallons a week like my family? ;)

My family manages to go through a little over that amount. I drink maybe a glass or two a week. I blame it all on the others (there's my mom, dad, and 4 younger brothers). I get a crapload of calcium (and other good stuff) from the Jamba Juice I drink regularly (like, every day). :)

I've read that as you get older, milk is bad for you, as the calcium will just clog everything up. So, do anyone of you have a good suggestion for milk substitutes? Juice is good, but it's kind of expensive compared to milk, and sodas are out of the question. Water's nice, but it's a bit boring to drink every day with every meal. -- Arigato gozaimashita!

It's too bad you guys don't have Jamba Juice. This stuff rocks. I always get one right after lunch on weekdays. (There's a Jamba Juice right up the street from my office.) :-D

I drink water six days a week with the only change being "cheat day". Of course that also includes the protein powder a couple of times a day. On cheat day, I typically stick to as many coca-colas as I down in one day :) Krista drinks soy milk because she can't have too much animal protein. Cheers, Tom Archer "Use what talents you possess. This[^] serves as a great substitute! After the first twelve or eighteen times, your cheerios really do start to taste better with it. And just wait till you dunk your oreos in it! mmmmmmmm....mmmmmm! ;P ~Nitron.

It's bad for the brain, it's bad for the body, and it makes you look bad when you've had too much (having too much is too easily accomplished). The only sensible thing is not to drink it. :) Although, I do enjoy a glass of wine or two with the company of friends. -- Arigato gozaimashita!

I thought it sounded a bit weird at first, but hey, IANAD. It came back to me when I was pouring up a glass of milk. I wish I could remember where I read it. -- Arigato gozaimashita!

It is a magazine for neurotic women. The lead from Sex and the City would read it. It's worse than asking Pluto for romantic advice and Jupiter for career guidance. It's like the female version of FHM except it still has scantily clad women in it, not guys. regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass South Africa Jörgen Sigvardsson wrote: "Gassho rei, Watson-san!"
