Hey All, I'm looking for a good Web Based Ticket-Based Support system (I think they are called Trouble Ticket Systems (TTS) in the states)... preferably in ASP.NET... and preferably something free. I know that these systems are easy to build but I really don't have the time at the moment and it's not an absolute necessity for what we are doing but it would be nice. So I was hoping that my fellow :bob:alonians might have some suggestions. Regards, Brian Dela :-) Now Reading: Code Complete 2ed[^] by Steve McConnell

Whiles its not ASP.NET, we've found that Kayako to be very good and reasonable priced. -- Joel Lucsy

Some of us here actually make similar software, can't think of who that might be at the moment...hmmm.... Actually what we make probably isn't what your after, but if it's software bug support your after that famous Joel guy specializes in exactly that and it's got a "module" for allowing end users to create new incidents etc. We have something new in the works that will be more in line with what you want, but it will never be free. ;)
