Outlook has never reallt bothered me as a mail reader, and I've never really used it as an organiser, but now some aspects are really bugging me and I hope someone may have some advice. For instance, is there a tool I can use to selectively add signatures based on recipients, or remove receipt requests based on recipient. Please note that this is not a programming question because I have tried and cannot program Outlook to do these without severely annoying pop-ups warning me something is trying to access my address book every time I access the recipients collection of a MailItem. I know, I know

It is possible to turn off the Outlook warnings see http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/office/xp/all/reskit/en-us/appa11.mspx[^] I believe there are also third-party tools available that can do this without requiring access to the Exchange Server. Mike

Check Outlook Redemption[^] if you want to code it yourself without getting the annoying pop-up. It is free for development purposes and you've gotta pay for commercial use, but only once, ever. I believe there are also 3rd party products for selecting signature (not free). Edbert P.
