Or do I have to go and login to my MSDN subscription to see the change? (its 1:29 am and I can't be bothered to try myself :) ) thanks for the news Mike regards, Paul Watson Bluegrass Cape Town, South Africa "The greatest thing you will ever learn is to love, and be loved in return" - Moulin Rouge Martin Marvinski wrote: Unfortunatly Deep Throat isn't my cup of tea Do you Sonork? Is someone actually going to download VS.NET? It is almost 2Gigs... I have T1 at work and 768K DSL at home and I still don't think I want to be sitting there for hours using up all the bandwidth...

Well, actually my times are jumping between 6 and 10 hours depending on the current bandwidth. I hope it downloads before my cat jumps all over my keyboard and cancels something... :)

I'm thinking about subscribing to the MSDN and was wondering if anyone knew if there's any specific distribution restrictions with the academic version? E.g. Are we allowed to deploy and distribute commerical apps created with VS.NET academic version? Thanks.

As they'll have to crack the activation system, I'm sure it won't be until at least tomorrow afternoon. David http://www.dundas.com

LOL Yeah, I guess so. First the Chinese crack it. Then they ship it to Singapore. From Singapore it gets exported to all over the planet. After a week or two it arrives in Trivandrum. [UnNamedPerson] buys it and starts using it. Nish Sonork ID 100.9786 voidmain www.busterboy.org If you don't find me on CP, I'll be at Bob's HungOut
