Best PIMP Organization

Assuming you had two guys that spent the last 10,000 hours coding in a cave building C# applications and a commercial web-site for their own company and now need to find a little "outside" work - what organization would you recommend to help them pimp their skills? Tom Ollar
I'm sure Christian will give a glowing recommendation to Rent-A-Coder! (that was a joke, BTW, in case you haven't been following his trials with RAC). How about Monster.com? Or check out your local contracting agencies. I've actually had good results that way. Though, the best way is always word of mouth--tell your friends your looking for work. I don't understand it. I found out from my daughter that one of the idiots my sister is dating called my 2 year old grandson, "Little Pimp." My sister laughed like it was the most humorous thing she had ever heard. I think someone will have to restrain me if that happens in front of me. Gary, Thank you for your response. It is most appreciated. At this point it seems appropriate to compile a list of the professional organizations which provide these services. We will post them here in the hope that others (who may have experience with them) can rank them for us. We are searching for a company with whom we can develop a working relationship which produces excellent value for them and competitive advantage for their clients. RAC if you want to work for free. Otherwise, for me, the best thing ever is CodeProject. Almost all outside work I have done has come to me via people reading my articles on this site. Christian I have several lifelong friends that are New Yorkers but I have always gravitated toward the weirdo's. - Richard Stringer

LOL - actually it never occured to me until people wrote to offer me work. My approach depends on what is being asked for. If it's major work, I'll quote ( someone wanted me to do a fingerprint recognition system for free recently ). If not, I'll offer help, and say that if they can't do it themselves, I can quote.
