Greasemonkey! (that funky monkey...)

Yeah, so, i just want to say that Greasemonkey is the coolest thing to happen to my web browsing experience in, oh, a good year and a half now. Maybe longer. And it's so simple! You provide it with scripts, simple javascript files, that have a bit of metadata included to specify what URLs they get injected into. Then, when you load one of those URLs, the scripts that apply get injected. And do... whatever. That's it. The only big improvement over bookmarks with
javascript:urls in them is the automatic bit... But that's enough. I know myself well enough to realize that, if an improved browsing experience relies on me clicking a toolbar button, i'm just not gonna do it most of the time. Automatically though, well, that opens the doors to all sorts of little nice things. Things like certain forums that suddenly don't reload completely if you try to view a message before the page is completely loaded. And displays reply forms without loading a separate page. So yeah. My life with the 'Monkey rocks. Thought you'd like to know... :)You must be careful in the forest Broken glass and rusty nails If you're to bring back something for us I have bullets for sale...
