Can any one tell me that how can we access and control scanner programatically from our program (MFC or VB)?? For the first time I've encountered a situation where i've to control scanner using my application which i am building in VC++. If you know any resource on the net, then please tell me (no matter its in VC++ or VC# or VB). In my view lounge is a better place to post this question than a forum Imran Farooqui

More to the point, if you'd looked on CP before posting, you'd have found there is in fact a C++ class to do TWAIN right here. christian I have come to clean zee pooollll. - Michael Martin Dec 30, 2001 Picture the daffodil. Have you looked at Kofax? They provide a set of COM based controls which allow you to interface with most major scanner models on the market. I have not worked with them for at least 3 years, but the product was adequate back then. "Thank you, thank you very much" Elvis.
