... do you spent sitting in front of a computer? After my normal 8+ hours of work and an additional of 3 hours at home, it totals up to almost 12 hours infront of a computer!:omg: Aren't our work nature a bit hazardous? :sigh: There should be some law which allows people to be entitled with more medical benefits and services if their job nature is somehow unhealthy. :| Weiye Chen Life is hard, yet we are made of flesh...

8 hours in office, 3 hours when playing games, 2 hours chatting plus 0.5 hours reading CP and replying your post ;P "Courage choose who will follow, Fate choose who will lead" - Lord Gunner, Septerra Core "Press any key to continue, where's the ANY key ?" - Homer Simpsons Drinking gives me amazing powers of insight. It depends on the day. On days like today, as mentioned above, I spend almost no time at the computer. Other days I'm online almost all day. My job is too varied to set an average value. But one constant is that I spend 30 minutes to an hour in the morning checking mail, skimming CP posts, and checking headlines for news that I might want to follow up on later. And in the evenings I generally spend two to four hours doing research, paying bills, posting inanities on CP, and annoying the heck out of anyone foolish enough to let me chat with them. Weekends I delete spam - a long process - but I'm generally too wiped out from the workweek to be interested in doing anything productive on the computer other than searching for naughty pictures. I do a lot of reading and wishing I had the energy to do something useful on weekends. Well - have the problem that I like to game on computers as well, so it can quickly be summed up to almost my entier day :o Basically - when I wake up, I send a hour or so checking and moderating various forums. At work I sit behind the computer almost all day programming, and then surfing some, answering mails, forums et al. When I get home I usually play computers for some hours of the evening ranging from 3-5. And I've been known to game most of my weekends or holidays away as well, especially when I can gather some friends for some LAN gaming... then a week can go by with us hardly leaving our seats :o Unhealthy? - likely. Fun? - you bet. Would I change? - Not likely, cause I'm having fun, and I'd rather do things with my life which I enjoy. --------------------------- 127.0.0.1 - Sweet 127.0.0.1

minimum 9 hours for work, sometimes also at home and/or in the weekends. 2 weeks ago deadline => 13 hours straight :~ . this is always counted without breaks, eating behind the cpu X| . And then they dare say 'We see a lack in motivation' :wtf: No hurries, no worries.
