I'm moving into my busiest season where all I do is cut code all day and most of the night. My one repreive is music. However my musical memory and all that is pretty tapped out and I'm looking for new music or reminders of music I love but forgot about so I can go buy it online. So compose a reply for me that lists as many of your favorite bands/albums/etc as you like. Try to restrict the list to *ALL TIME* favorites. I don't want music you are sort of into I want to know what you'd consider to be the cream of your collection. I'm hoping I can discover some new cool music from this and also be reminded of other music I love. :-D Glad I could be of service. Yeah...Phantom Planet is pretty dang sweet. My favorite album of thiers is The Guest, but the other two are good as well. One of the major benefits of being into Indie/Alternative music is that you can introduce friends to cool, lesser-known artists and you can say you were listening to the cool music before everybody else was. For instance, I got Hot Fuss, by the Killers, the day it came out on June 15th, 2004. That was over a year ago. And the radio is just now getting around to playing something other than Mr. Brightside or Somebody Told Me. So it's funny when my friends come up to me now and tell me that the Killers are awesome...and I remind them that I attempted to get them to listen to the CD last year, but they refused.

Wow. I kept meaning to look at Pandora...but I finally did after your post. I think I'll be purchasing Fire When Ready's As the Sky Stared Down With Angry Clouds. This is pretty sweet... You know their legal agreement says you have to live in the US, right? :rolleyes:
