You people sound like my users. Anytime something goes wrong it's the end of world. I hate users. Not all of them, just the ones who talk.

Not another post about the state of the servers? We know there are problems, Chris knows there are problems. Chris is working to resolve the problems. Patience is a virtue. Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

*rolls eyes* what about a more subtle and humanitarian solution? we just need to ask our favourate fluffy tigress to come and say hello  the hampsters will suddenly be overwhelmed with that warm and happy feeling of knowing they are deeply loved and respected it is *just* possible that they may be scared of her, and thus try to run away, but really, what are the odds? i have it on very good authority that she really is very kind and gentle, and that all of those rumours of the damage her claws can cause when deprived of coffee are just baseless rumours! *radiates cute innocence* zen is the art of being at one with the two'ness

What is happening to the CP's server? I notice endless sequences of 'Error 500'...

I have seen the 500 pages popping up alot lately, too, and have been wondering what is going on. The number of users online doesn't seem to reflect how often the 500 pages occur. There's about 7,300 users online right now and no problem. Last night when 4,800 people were online, 500 pages seemed to be flying in left and right. Maybe it is a load issue? That would be numerous large articles being requested at the same time. I've noticed some articles are loaded with tons of good content. PC -- modified at 10:23 Wednesday 21st September, 2005
