I always just leave up CP and if the boss comes around I'm "researching":) They don't even realize I'm just staring at the lounge all day:) Oops, back to work! ------------------------------------- Do not do what has already been done.

Hmm. Then you go and find some or you take a break and do something else. There are reasons why things like MSN messenger are removed. Some people have probably abused the privilege in the past and this has caused there work to suffer and now everybody is paying the price. If you don't like having it taken away, then speak to your manager. If you can justify having it, then a good manager will show a little leeway.
