    I just intstalled WTL 7.1 to VS .NET 2003 and now my browser has been acting funny. While i am browsing it says that a debug assert failed in atlwin.h. Have no idea whats going on wondered if anyone could help Thanks in advance Jim

      Probably the same thing that happened to me when I installed the latest DX. I am now using the debug dlls when I use DX, and just about every piece of DVD software I run gives me endless assert messages, chances to debug. But WTL isn't COM, so perhaps it's something different. I'd guess it's related though ( installation of debug libraries, etc. ) Christian I have drunk the cool-aid and found it wan and bitter. - Chris Maunder
