Default content in the Webform.aspx of ASP.NET file

Whenever I create a webform from the VS.NET 2003 IDE, it generates a Webform with some content in the webform1.aspx. Is it posible to change this content with my own information... That is I want the VS.NET 2003 to include my custom content in the newly created ASPX pages (like the CSS linking, regitering of the user-controls etc, which I repeat in all the pages) Please help There is nothing new under the sun,
