Is anyone else having a problem where www.codeproject.com is not responding? I can get here using web_N_.codeproject.com but when I reply to a message - after the message is posted - the site is hardcoded to take me back to the message I replied to (if applicable) using www.codeproject.com. This is happening both on my machine at home and at work. Below is what nslookup tells me. Is this the same for everyone?

    codeproject.com: 209.171.52.99
    www.codeproject.com: 209.171.52.99
    web1.codeproject.com: 209.171.52.71
    web2.codeproject.com: 209.171.52.72
    ...
    web6.codeproject.com: 209.171.52.76

Nope. Working fine here. Is pretty slow, though. "I believe I referred to her personality as a potential science exhibit." - Elaine, about Ellen, in "The Dog"

This has been my experience for a long time, and I'm grateful that Chris has never changed the host naming scheme. Sometimes contacting a specific host is the only way I can reach CP at all. Some pages are hard-coded to revert to the www host; it extremely tedious, especially when I'm replying to a post several pages into a forum, but it's not worth the effort of recoding. These outages are usually brief, and with large volumes of ethanol and nicotine I can usually get through them without intense counselling. Today, since 5 AM it's been all but impossible to post, but in the past few minutes the problem has lessened - patience is a virtue, I'm told.:-D Now if I could just get VB.Net to create a web project my patience for the past 6 days will be rewarded... Some people think of it as a six-pack; I consider it more of a support group.
