Craving ham (again)

mmmm... ham. What's wrong with ham? Okay, if you're Jewish or Muslim it's a problem, and I don't want to start a flame war by suggesting you eat ham anyway. Are you vegetarian? Could be you have an iron deficiency and your body wants you to eat more meat. If nothing's stopping you, scratch that itch! Unless... maybe it's not really ham you crave... it's bacon! You must either have opsomania or phagomania. :-) Probably the former. Possibly your liver is telling your gray matter that you have a deficiency of some kind and a good helping of fat will help.
