    Here's[^] an interesting article on the cost of Windows vs Linux. What got my attention, though, was this: "Forrester Research says 56% of companies now cite Microsoft's .NET technologies as their primary development platform" Already, my bull pucky radar was beeping. Then, the clincher: ", while 44% use a rival platform called Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) as their building blocks." This must be devastating news to all the C, C++, Perl, Python, VB6, Forth, Ruby, Delphi, VFP, Cold Fusion, Cobol, Smalltalk, etc. programmers out there who now must realize that 0% of companies use their technology as their main development platform. I use (and love) .NET, but this is just plain bunk. So, tell me, Mr. Johnson. Have you stopped beating your wife yet? Charlie if(!curlies){ return; }

      I guess that is what they get for running their survey on Sun.com :) For the humor impaired, that was an attempt at a joke... It's possible the 2 groups overlap (part of the 44% are in the 56%, as they use both).:~ Canada has 6 zones, none of which are erogenous.

          It's only possible if someone changed the definition of "primary" without notifying me. :) Charlie if(!curlies){ return; }
