ASP .NET, MS SQL Server 2000 with Window XP SP2 <- does not work???

Hi everybody, I'm using ASP .NET with MS SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition. They work well in Windows XP SP 1, but when I set up Window XP SP2, an error occurs: SQL Server does not exist or access denied. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: SQL Server does not exist or access denied Then I thought it is an trouble with the MS SQL Server, so I reinstalled MS SQL Server several times, but this error still occurs.
