manipulating browser

Nowadays in Windows Service Pack 2 Firewall disables javascript. So is there a way i can manipulate browser using ASP.NET. like For instance Changing size of browser or hiding toolbars and menu of the Internet Explorer. leo Kathmandu, Nepal

I guess even if you find some code in ASP.NET to do that, this code must result in Javascript one. That's because ASP.NET un server side, the client (browser) only understands HTML (plus other derivatives, XHTML, CSS, XML..) and Javascript.
