Here's one that is free, but not open source. And it's in ASP.NET :) Gemini We tried it and really enjoyed it. But moved to OnTime 2005 Cheers!

I use dotProject.net/[^] a little.    Mostly for its trouble ticket system (email-based, and not too shabby), which can message my cell phone when a new ticket is created.    I have done some organization of projects in the PM-specific modules, but not that much.    Peace! -=- James
