After the official launch of Visual Studio, et al. I will be taking over as the Content Strategist for the Visual C++ Developer Center. (The current CS and good friend, Brian Johnson, will be focused on WinFX) Anyway, I thought you guys might like to be among the first to see the new "homer" (banner image) we created for the C++ site New C++ Dev Center[^] Feedback always appreciated. Dude, you are the R0K3R! That is soooo sweet. :) Is there any way that we could chip in enough money to support whoever would get fired for putting that up for real? I know I'd glady help out to see that go up, even for a day :) ¡El diablo está en mis pantalones! ¡Mire, mire! Real Mentats use only 100% pure, unfooled around with Sapho Juice(tm)! Any possibility of adding real C++ and possibly MFC in the the content of the Visual C++ Developer Center? ed ~"Watch your thoughts; they become your words. Hey! Quit raining on our jokes with work-related questions! Seriously, I would call that OMP/MultiThreaded a "real" C++ article. Or are you specifically asking for articles on native code. In that case, I can tell you that the Vista Dev Center will contain lots of content on native code using the Windows Vista SDK - as opposed to WinFX.[1] [1] Give that some time though as right now our focus is the launch. However, at some point after the launch, 1) Avalon and WWF will move under WinFX and 2) you'll see both native and managed code articles on the Vista Dev Center.
