I am wondering whether or not "Flash" should be considered a valid programming language for developing Apps. A friend of mine has hyped its ease of use and simplicity. I for one, think that it is a step-son type of language that is considered as a hybrid programming venue. I would like some opinions on this as an avid c++ programmer and advocate of visual studio application rendering. Muhadeeb99

It depends on the app. Can flash do it quicker/better ? Then use it. I personally do not, but I've recommended people find someone who does when the app seems like something that would be done well in Flash a lot quicker than I could do it in C++. Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++

Thanks for your opinion. I personally like Visual Studio anyway. I suppose I can make do with C++,C#,and Visual basic. I guess I'm a purist when coding in those languages overall. Muhadeeb99(Mike G):)
