    What are you doing this weekend? :) I might visit some relatives tomorrow. Sunday I'll be meeting a couple of friends and might go to Dakshin Chitra and/or the beach. Apart from the ever-present laundry, I hope to start reading Richard Dawkins' The Selfish Gene - I've been meaning to do it for quite a while now. Might squeeze in a movie or two - particularly Salaam Namaste. Cheers, Vikram.

      I always look forward to Vikram's traditional "what are youd doing this weekend" friday post. :-) Me? I'm going to sleep in. Late. Really late. Relax, then probably do some more sleeping. :)

        snowy week-end ... so, tonight, not much, will try to get in and see King Kong; tomorrow, I will start my christmas menu planning, and go to the fishmonger and butcher to reserve fish and meat for next week, will also spend a few hours with my dad selecting wines for my christmas menu. sunday, not much either, will rent a couple of movies, make popcorn, lounge in the appartment. I wish I had a car so I could go out and ski.

            I am selling my old Jeep Wrangler this weekend. So, I have to get it cleaned up and ready for my buyer. Damn...I hate to sell it, but there is no real offroading in the Dallas area that I enjoy (I prefer rock crawling and hill climbs over the 'mudding' that seems to be popular here). Besides, the money I get will pay for the baby's furniture and a new camera for me :) Hey don't worry, I can handle it. I took something. I can see things no one else can see. Well, after 14 years without cable T.V. , I'm having COMCAST cable installed this weekend. Once that's successful, I'll follow that up with high speed (yes, I'm still on dial-up ... well, at home, anyway). Then probably more Christmas shopping on Sunday

                        Today's my birthday, so, in lieu of gifts, my mom and my sister are going to watch my two daughters all day tomorrow. My wife and I are going to catch a movie (either "King Kong" or "Fun with Dick and Jane"), which is something we haven't been able to do for a while. Then we'll go out to dinner at a nice steakhouse. :-D Charlie if(!curlies){ return; }

                            I am going to do my Christmas shopping on Saturday. I have been so busy with work and then going on vacation put me behind. In the part of New Jersey that I live in you can not go shopping on Sunday because of blue laws so I will have to everything on Saturday. Before that I get to start doing training with my puppy again because she just healed from knee surgery. Then once that is all done and finished I am going to sit down and watch American football and Sunday its time to watch more American football.

                                  :) Bummer. I remember a particularly bad ice storm here in SC about 3 years ago where we an inch thick sheet covering some roads and the apartment parking lot. I took the weights off my curling bar and spent an hour or so chipping away a path from my parking spot to the street. There was a small hill to the road and I wanted enough road to get traction so people could get up and down the hill "safely". That was alot of work, but seeing as I had no power it kept me warm. ;) The main roads were passable so it worth the effort. BW

                                    Today's my birthday, so, in lieu of gifts, my mom and my sister are going to watch my two daughters all day tomorrow. My wife and I are going to catch a movie (either "King Kong" or "Fun with Dick and Jane"), which is something we haven't been able to do for a while. Then we'll go out to dinner at a nice steakhouse. :-D Charlie if(!curlies){ return; }
