I don't know of any complete ASP.NET platforms, however some parts of the JISC e-learning framework programme (which aims to create an 'emergent' modular e-learning solution) are .NET. (http://www.jisc.ac.uk/index.cfm?name=programme_frameworks[^]) A good place to look for information is the CETIS site (http://www.cetis.ac.uk/[^]) If you're requirement is for a solution that runs on Windows servers rather than specifically .NET you should check out Moodle (http://sourceforge.net/projects/moodle/[^]), which is written in PHP and is one of the best.
