Hey now! I'm pretty sure I used both of them. I think. I'll have to go back and look now but I thought you had two really good ideas and I had the designer work both of them in.

      And that should change how?

No, only the idiots with a false sense of authority and power use the voting system.

I think I'm one of the most famous (or infamous) people here on CP. Maybe all future registrations should be approved by me so that we can raise the IQ back to its prior glorious level.

You'll be accepted by me when you start making posts where you know you'll get 1's, but you post it anyway, and then stand by your remarks (no matter how screwed up uyp other people might think you are. Oh yeah... never apologize - it's a sign of weakness. ------- sig starts "I've heard some drivers saying, 'We're going too fast here...'. Oh, I don't think it should change at all. It gives this place flavor.

True enough. I've tended to notice more that you can rate a thread much better by it's participants than anything else. Not their support or objection of it. Just the fact you got their interest in whatever capacity. Unless you are just being stupid. Where can I download a copy of the Univac OS? :)

Without a doubt. I would just be happy to see people be honest rather than see posts about what they think their peers *want* to see. When this happens it's cool.

I tend to post pretty much whatever I think as long as I'm comfortable it's not just noise. I really don't want to be a source of noise. I only apologize when I can tell I was 1 of 2 things. Too hungry or too tired to say anything. My blood sugar doesn't sit well it tends to drop real low. (Swear on my mother's cooking it's true.) I can get downright ignorant and stupid if I'm hungry or too tired. It's mostly hunger that gets me in trouble. I've gotten a few ones for stating my mind. But I gotta come back to a point you made earlier. With a lot of the posts that come in here being pretty poor in quality you don't often feel inspired to speak your mind. To many of them are just plain stupid and replying would be a waste. Every once in a while this place is just plain addictive and the good posts keep coming. I think there's about 20 or so regulars that make this place what it is.

I wasn't too sure about you at first. But you've proved yourself to be an interesting and valuable member of the CodeProject community. So I'll enjoy the humour this post rather than getting annoyed with the content and voting you down for taking the piss out of the CPian clique :-D Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

I try to always lace my posts with humor and truth. Just because I said something up above doesn't mean I don't like it. I just notice things here and it's funny. Even if we are a jilted group who cares. The spice of life comes not from what is normal or predictable. So I try to be neither and when I call that out on many here it's not an insult. If I want to insult I'll be way more direct.
