I´ve been quite sleepless in the last weeks... dont´t know if I´ve drinked too much coffee (or chimarrão). Fact is... i can´t sleep well. Does anyone have the same problem ? Does anyone have a solution (drugs not accepted) ? Mauricio Ritter Brazil Sonorking now: 100.13560 Trank

Cut out the caffeine after 4pm, don't eat a large meal before you go to sleep, get plenty of exercise (go for a walk for 30-60 mins after dinner). cheers, Chris Maunder

I used to think too much when I was going to sleep. I'd find myself lying there thinking about everything and nothing all at the same time. I would toss and turn until the wee morning hours. I find that if I veg out, completely relax, and clear my mind of everything, I never have any problems falling alseep. So relax, don't think about anything (don't even think about not thinking about anything), and enjoy your rest. :) Works for me. I can only hope it works for you. Jon Sagara What about :bob:?

I can't believe you wrote that. Women are not just objects to be used for relieving stress or as sperm depositories. How are women supposed to feel with men having attitudes like that? If you were in the U.S. you would be trained at an early age to respect women as equals. Just because England is a backwards country doesn't excuse you from posting such chauvinistic rhetoric online. It may someday come back to bite you in the arse. I  :bob:

Err, right mate. Which part of "joke" do you not understand? Besides whic, what part of that statement was chauvinistic, and what part mentioned women? I was very careful not to make that sentance sexist in any way. If anything, your lack or perception shows your closed mindset when it comes to sexuality, especially for a twenty eight year old. What David Wulff means is that whenever he is stressed out, he goes to his wife or girlfriend and uses their bodies for sexual release, thereby giving him a state of relaxation and comfort. He is also recommending that everyone else have the same types of relationships with women as he does, i.e., merely using the female form as a stress reliever or a human toilet. That was by design to stop people who are high on themselves and their social/peer standings from initiating attacks on my character. Obviously this did not work. And you can infer what you like from that. Martin Marvinski wrote: I don't think they teach you not to think of women as only sexual ojects because you probably don't have Health class in England like we have in the U.S. To look at it a different way; we don' need specific classes to teach us this, because it is at the core of everything we see and do from the age we learn how to walk and talk. We have life skills lessons, which teach us (surprisingly) skills we will need in life. Sexual equality is taught to us "specifically" in Primary school RE classes, though it need not be. Hey hey hey - before you go stating what I do or do not mean, get your damned facts straight, mate. I have never stated nor posessed the views you are dictating for me, and do not appreciate you doing so. Either appologise or remove your post. If you want to start a character degradation, then you've picked the right guy, but be prepared for a lack of sleep for many days. ________________ David Wulff http://www.davidwulff.co.uk "DON'T MOVE! Lets have others comment on it. I believe that you meant what you inferred and are now embarrased. I bet that others will read your orginal post the same way I have. If they don't, then I appologise, but if everyone agrees that you meant it that way, I retract my appology. Martin Marvinski wrote: I believe that you meant what you inferred and are now embarrased Well I am telling you (and have done all of seven times now) that it was not. Even so, you have no right whatsoever to state that that was what I meant. By all means say you think that was what I meant (free speech and all), but do not make the mistake of assuming you are automatically right and quote it as fact. Martin Marvinski wrote: I bet that others will read your orginal post the same way I have Of course they will, but you did not state how many "others". For every viewpoint, no matter how absurd, there are always supporters. ________________ David Wulff http://www.davidwulff.co.uk "DON'T MOVE!
