I know... the funny part is that I worked at a company where: - cell phones were worshiped. If someone actually called you in a meeting, it was an unwritten rule to get up and leave.... - there was a guy who thought it was funny to break wind in the elevator just as he was leaving - a present for the next floor. His manager and HR finally caught him. still, this site becomes more and more amazing to me as the days go by. Just in the last couple of days we have bathroom manners and cellphones (one really ought to pull over and safely talk on the phone, don't you think?) and citizenship... amazing... Charlie Gilley Will program for food... Whoever said children were cheaper by the dozen... lied. My son's PDA is an M249 SAW.

I wish - after a while I realized that this was the engineering manager pecking order. See, I only had a pager, so I was outranked by the cell phone guy. Meetings took 5x longer than they needed to, since everyone felt like they just had to answer the dang thing.... The fact that one would stand up and leave the meeting when discussing trivial things like.... why the customer wanted us to go away... well, you see the issue.:omg: Charlie Gilley Will program for food...
