      No, not in the way your question implies. You can use NTFS permissions on that folder to do something similar though. The user would still get the options of Cut/Copy and stuff, they just would work. Check into Windows 2000 Security[^] for more information to see how it would apply to your situation.             If you do not allow the other people to view your file and also prevent from copy or cut, try to encrypt your file or folder.
