You find out where the MVPs hang out. Ask your question there. If the MVP doesn't know, then they have access to people at Microsoft who should have the answer. If it is a question concerning a non-Microsoft product find out where people who are experts on that product hang out. Joe Brinkman Microsoft MVP - ASP.Net

Is it a secret location that I must beat out of someone, only to find that they're strong enough and have given me the wrong place? :)

As of how to accomplish this I wouldn't have a clue at the moment and I'm too lazy to google it

I try to ask someone not to long out of school. You get a fresh, untainted, sometimes off-the-wall answer that may or may not be what I'm looking for, but it usually starts me thinking down a different path to where I figure out what I need to do. Also Google it but don't get booged down in the results. Sometimes that jar's my thoughts into new directions.

Done, first thing that happens.  Well actually google with this "problem site:codeproject.com", find an answer on this site if available first :->

A recent research project found that: It's more likely that a person who already have helped you before will help you again than that a person you have helped will help you...

Wow, you sound like you were pretty determined to find the answer :) I would have given up after about 5 pages :->

Life or death situation :) Being payed for the hour so might as well randomly click on some buttons for a few hours to try and solve it.  Plus the project couldn't really continue easily until I solved it.  There was a work-a-round but it involved a complete redesign from the ground up X|

Putting into the perspective of being paid for it, I'd find that more motivating :)
