Does anyone have any idea how to turn off this crappy auto-file selection in Visual Studio. For anyone who doesn't know what i am talking about, whenever you use the tab control for moving to file to file or ctrl-tab to a different file the solution explorer window autoselects the file you just switched to. This is ok for small projects but it is bugging the hell out of me being that i have a solution with 7 different projects with a very large amount of files in them all. I would love to be able to shut it off but can't find the option. Did i miss it or does it not exist. I both love and hate learning a new compiler. Joseph Dempsey jdempsey@cox.rr.com Joseph.Dempsey@thermobio.com "Software Engineering is a race between the programmers, trying to make bigger and better fool-proof software, and the universe trying to make bigger fools. I'd like to know, too! Anyone know? (In the meantime, if I stumble across the answer, I'll let you know.) John
