Now that's just mean... yer dime though. I would recommend turning his office/cube into the break room and staff it with water cooler discussions before he comes into work. And put the BSOD screen saver on his machine, while also reversing the mouse buttons. Key point to the break room is to ignore him when he comes in and act like noone sees him.

Or you could add to your hosts file a routine to reverse the words in all the web sites he visits for his IP address. That will make his surfing a bit interesting.

Hey All, As the Subject suggests, I need a Prank Idea. One of the Team managers and me have been pulling pranks on each other over the past week. He started by turning the cache on for my testing server. I retaliated by Defining the "$this->" variable as "null" in a PHP document (that took him 32 straight hours to find). He then continued to move my project folder out of where it was supposed to be and replace it with a link to a back up file of that project. Now I need to get him back. I consulted my maintenance books and was able to obtain the Admin password to his laptop. Any Ideas of what to do?

This might not fit, but is fun none the less. Go into the room where his computer is (or the server room where there are lots of them, much more fun) and take a small piece of insultated wire and burn it with a match. It takes quite a while for the smell of hot components to die down while you search or just site their worried :) I know, not a software idea, but hey, fun prank anyway :)
