It really depends on the company. At my current company the people my my office wouldn't be offended by this - I'm sure most people have a lot worse on their PCs anyway. There are a few in HQ that wouldn't find it acceptable (but there is a big cultural difference between the two offices) I recon that if I showed that in my office and people saw I'd get a crowed either asking to have the link emailed, or asking if I can turn the sound up.

Well they both aren't, but that's really moot. What I love is people defending it (like my new shiny down-vote). I mean, this ain't a question of how you feel about it (not you, generalizing), it's a question of where it belongs and that is the SB.

My personal opinion is that this is borderline - If I'd posted the link I would have gone for the SB just to be on the safe side although I would not (am not) offended by it being in the lounge.

I think he was saying that the people, in general, are more open minded.

Well, if you want to think that then that's up to you. However, I feel that your statement shows a level of arrogance and ignorance that I wouldn't have expected of you. As a for instance, a woman called the Countess of Sutherland (Sutherland is where my ancestors come from) instigated the Highland Clearances. People were forced off the land. They had no choice. If they stayed her factor and his hench men would burn the crofts (the style of house in the Highlands) to the ground. Some of the people were absorbed in to the cities. Most fled to North America. Similar things were happening all over Europe at the time. They did NOT go by choice!

It can't be any worse than the builder's crack I had to contend with at lunch time. We went to a cheap restaurant for lunch and at the table opposite was the most horrendous pastey white builders bum cleavage pushing its way out of a pair of jeans. One of my colleagues suggested we should ask the waiter for a plate of peanuts to see if we could score points.

I agree completely, but I'm too tired to get drawn into this with Jeremy again. Just don't start new threads in the Lounge anymore unless all participants are covered from head to toe in a full abaya with matching niqab, and speaking Queen's English, that way you can't offend anyones feelings. Heaven forbid the PC crowd start crying offense though - then we're all fucked.

I don't suppose it was a cheap sushi restaurant? ;) Failing that, a nice cold knife handle or a swizzle stick make for a fine reminder that no one wants to see your bum while they are eating. Not even your mother.

There was mild non-sexual nudity in the first video only. I would say that on the nudity front it was PG rated. On the violence front I'd give it a 12A. (12A means that 12 years and up can watch it, and under 12s if accompanied by an adult)

You're wasting your time Colin, Jeremy doesn't care for other peoples opinions. No matter how outweighed he is, he is the only one with the balls to represent the correct side of any argument and the rest of us are just typical immoral cowards. I value his one even more than the others. He is right, let him have it and this thread will disapear. Even the thread he created to talk about this thread will dissapear. And then we can get back to behaving like adults.

That is your opinion and I can respect that. FWIW, you don't and won't see me post violent videos in the lounge. But, regardless, it is a controversial topic and it should go in the SB. Refer to my anti-religious example for more, just so you know I'm not playing hypocrite.

David, sometimes I wonder if you'll ever learn. When have I EVER disrespected your believes unless my were disrespected first and I was just pissed off or something? Not many. How much objectionable stuff (that I think is ok) do you see me post in the lounge, not much? Really David, you need to look past your own bias and hate if you ever plan on becoming wise.

Keep in mind I didn't watch the entire videos. I stopped after after the old dude came into the scene. If it got really violent after that, I am not aware of it.

That's the whole point. I'm not offended by some stuff I won't say in the lounge either. And yet, I still don't post it in the lounge. The point is, a lot of people do find it offensive. My main point is nudity, sex, etc. is the only controversial subject that doesn't get automatically shunned here (notice the thread is still not in the SB) and it's sad to see such blatant hypocrisy. Sad enough in fact I considered leaving CP at several points (no, I'm not threatening to do so like some retards, just saying my thoughts on the matter). I will say, if the people of CP don't stand up for what's right, then I'm really just starting to care less about this community and the stupidity behind it.

Sad enough in fact I considered leaving CP at several points (no, I'm not threatening to do so like some retards, just saying my thoughts on the matter). I will say, if the people of CP don't stand up for what's right, then I'm really just starting to care less about this community and the stupidity behind it.

Yeah it is, especially for children. Either way you're looking to argue so much you're still missing the point. It doesn't matter if you personally find it wrong or not. You do not represent everyone here. We all do collectively. There's a lot of things you find offensive that I don't, and yet I do not promote or condone this in the lounge either. You can say you think it's ok to show kids naked people until you're blue in the face. It won't change the fact not everyone agrees with you and anyone with half a brain knows this is a controversial topic.

No, I'm addressing your point by pointing out that it is invalid because you, and others like you, are repressed individuals. The following photos are taken in Edinburgh City Centre on St. Andews Square. They are of statues that have been there for decades (the style of the building suggests 1920s) * http://www.flickr.com/photos/colinangusmackay/41942187/in/set-72501/[^] * http://www.flickr.com/photos/colinangusmackay/41941917/in/set-72501/[^] You probably don't want to click on the links becuase by your standards they are extremely offensive and you'd probably petition Edinburgh City council to tear them down to protect the children. I'm showing them to you (or at least telling you about them - it is your choice to click the link) to save you the bother of even visiting Edinburgh because I just know you'll be offended and I really would not want anyone visiting my home town and get offended by anything because it really is such a nice place, expecially at this time of year with everything they put on for the kids.

You're too busy trying to make me see your views rather than even address my point.
