Create "wide open" folder on user system

VS2005 installer question I am trying to use the VS2005 installer to install my application, and as the destination environment is clamped down by IT,I need at install time to create a folder on the C: drive called image_temp that is available to all users of that system with full read/write/create/delete rights. The application runs as the user so can not create the folder, the installer runs with an administrator's rights. The project structure is as seen as in this link[^] Can anyone advise on how to create a "wide open" folder using the Visual Studio installer
