Introvert or Extrovert???
-
I'm definitely an introvert in groups larger than 2 people. But I try very hard to not be that way and generally do a good job. It's kind of a must being self-employed. I do have to be able to mix well with people. Would you say in life (not work) are you more of an introvert or an extrovert? Are you social in large groups or do you tend to hover on the edge and watch more? Have no idea at all why I am asking this other than tonight we had to attend a semi-social gathering with total strangers and as we drove home I was wondering how I would be perceived by others in this regard. So out with it, which do you think you are? Don't hedge either I'm not saying situationally I'm saying absolutely. Pick one!:-D Also, does your activity here in the lounge accurately reflect how you would act in person? For me. Yes it does. I avoid the soapbox at all costs and I'm really comfortable hanging in the lounge.
99% of humanity isn't worth associating with, in general the remainder are too hard to find IRL.

I'd have to say per-vert :-O Oh, that's not a third option I see . Well jokes aside, I'm quite introvert in crowds - especially people I don't know. But once I get to know people and their sense of humour, I can be a bit extrovert - i.e. crack jokes, lead the conversation for a little while. When I'm a bit nervous I can't think quick enough on my feet, and prefer to keep quiet rather than risk saying something stupid :-D But I'm trying to break that habit.
