Realplayer alternative?

Need some suggestions please! Want to listen to radio from www.bbc.co.uk but don't want to install that RP rubbish. Any other proggies out there which also integrate into IE7? tia

Yep, and you almost named it too, its called "real alternative" and contains the codec and a simple player. No privacy invasion, no spyware no crap :) , google it edit: seems like i type too slow :P
